Kelvin Hawkins, 32, departed from this life on Saturday October 21, 2023, in Little Rock, AR. Funeral service will be held on Sunday November 12, 2023, at the Morehouse Parish Association Building at 12:00PM. Visitation will be held on Saturday November 11, 2023, from 4:00PM to 6:00PM at the chapel of Mitchell Funerals and Cremations. Burial will be held at Trousdale Hill Cemetery under the direction of Mitchell Funerals and Cremations.
